Warranty and Return Policy

Our warranty covers the hardware for the period of one year from date of purchase. If you think your Bad Elf GPS Receiver is defective, please do not ship it back to your retailer. Please start by reviewing our Troubleshooting page. You may also find the answer to your questions on our FAQ page. If you are still encountering problems after reviewing the FAQ and Troubleshooting pages, please contact us at support@bad-elf.com. Once we agree that your unit is defective, we'll replace it free of charge with free shipping both ways (same country as original purchase).

Return Policy

If you purchased your Bad Elf through bad-elf.com:

• If your unit is defective, we will replace defective units for up to one year from the date of purchase. You MUST first contact us at support@bad-elf.com to receive an RMA number. No refunds or replacements are given without an RMA number.
• If your unit is not defective, but you want to return it for some other reason, you can return it for any reason for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. You MUST first contact us at support@bad-elf.com to receive an RMA number. No refunds are given without an RMA number.

If you purchased your Bad Elf through another retailer:

• If your unit is defective, please contact Bad Elf first. We will replace defective units for up to one year from the date of purchase. You MUST first contact us at support@bad-elf.com to receive an RMA number. No replacements are given without an RMA number. Bad Elf will pay for return shipping to the same country where you purchased your Bad Elf product.
• If your unit is not defective, but you want to return it for some other reason, you must contact the retailer from whom you made your purchase. Every retailer has its own refund policy. Bad Elf cannot refund purchases that were not made through bad-elf.com.

If you purchased your Bad Elf on eBay or used from any other seller:

• We consider most purchases on eBay to be used, although some authorized resellers do sell new Bad Elf products on eBay. If your Bad Elf was purchased used or on eBay, please contact us to see if your seller was one of our authorized resellers. If not, then your purchase is considered used.
