Redistribution and use in binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions are met:
1. This library may only be used to communicate with Bad Elf hardware products.
2. iOS apps using this library must be reviewed and approved by Bad Elf prior to first submission to the iTunes App Store. If approved, Bad Elf will then list the app in the Apple MFi whitelist portal, which tells the iTunes App Store review team that the app is authorized to communicate with Bad Elf hardware. Without this whitelist entry, the app will be rejected by the iTunes App Store review team. Bad Elf can, at its sole discretion, remove the whitelist entry for any previously authorized app. This will not remove an existing app from the iTunes App Store, but will prevent new versions of the app (that can communicate with Bad Elf products) to pass the iTunes App Store review process.
