Congratulations to Peter Neumeier, Bad Elf Summer of Giveaways Winner

July 27, 2011

We would like to wish congratulations to Peter Neumeier, the July 22nd winner of the Bad Elf Summer of Giveaways contest. We are still waiting to hear back from the July 15th winner, but we will post our congratulations as soon as we make contact.

Peter found out about Bad Elf from a pilot friend and had asked for one for his birthday. He didn't get one for his birthday, but he found out that he won our contest shortly afterward. City Maps 2Go is one of the apps that Peter has already started using. He is expecting to use the Disney World Park Maps app very soon on a family vacation.

Remember, we are giving away Bad Elf GPS devices all summer long.  Check out the contest page for details on how you and your friends can enter. The next chance to win is this Friday.

Of course, this demands a cost-benefit tradeoff ranging from free to prohibitively expensive for most educational institutions. Between these two extremes lies mapping grade GPS, which delivers 1 meter accuracy.
