Warranty

Our warranty covers the hardware for the period of one year from date of purchase. If you think your Bad Elf GPS Receiver is defective, please do not ship it back to your retailer. Please start by reviewing our Troubleshooting page. You may also find the answer to your questions on our FAQ page. If you are still encountering problems after reviewing the FAQ and Troubleshooting pages, please contact us at support@bad-elf.com. Once we agree that your unit is defective, we’ll replace it free of charge with free shipping both ways.

Return Policy

If you purchased your Bad Elf through Amazon, you can return it in new condition directly to Amazon for up to 30 days. Please refer to Amazon’s return policy for details.

If you purchased somewhere other than Amazon, please contact us at support@bad-elf.com to arrange an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and to get return instructions. We handle merchandise returns on a case-by-case basis.
